About these terms
These terms govern use of Playorah.com. Playorah is a trade name of Ash Loop Goods LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Store status and orders
Adding an item to a bag does not reserve inventory. Inventory is temporarily reserved only after secure checkout begins, and an order is accepted after payment authorization and an order confirmation are issued. We may cancel or limit an order for stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable business reasons, with any collected payment handled appropriately.
Product information
We work to describe products, colors, quantities, dimensions and availability accurately. Screen colors, hand-finished details, packaging and minor product variations may differ. Product images and third-party names are used to identify merchandise offered for resale.
Pricing, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is placed. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are shown before payment. Payment processing is provided by Stripe.
Shipping information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete deliverable address, including any apartment, suite or unit. Playorah may offer an address suggestion or standardized format, but the customer must confirm the final shipping address. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays or events outside our control.
Returns and refunds
Return eligibility, time limits, condition requirements and any product-specific exclusions will be presented before paid checkout opens and may also appear in the order confirmation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for maintaining secure access to your Google account. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or use automated methods that burden the service.
Intellectual property
Playorah branding, site content and original design are owned by or licensed to Ash Loop Goods LLC. Third-party trademarks and product brands belong to their respective owners. Playorah is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with those brand owners unless expressly stated.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Ash Loop Goods LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law, without limiting consumer protections that apply to you.
